Selecting the Ink Cassette

The McCue - Cartridge Expert is completely self contained, can be operated by an entry-level employee, and requires minimal operator intervention other than loading of the ink supply cassette and your customer's inkjet cartridge to be refilled. 
 

The operator first selects the ink supply cassette which corresponds to the inkjet cartridge.

For example, if you were to fill a HP 75 cartridge, you would select the ink supply cassette and the cartridge adapter designated for the HP 75 cartridge.

The bar code on the ink cassette is read by the scanner which programs the unit with all the technical information needed to properly refill your customer's inkjet cartridge. 

            Inserting the Ink Jet Cartridge

Once the ink supply cassette has been placed in the McCue - Cartridge Expert unit, and your customer's inkjet cartridge has been fitted into the proper adapter, the process starts with the press of a button. 

The system automatically completes each stage of the process; first by removing all of the old residual ink from your customer's inkjet cartridge through the print head, under a very high vacuum.

When the cartridge is empty, the McCue - Cartridge Expert unit refills the cartridge with the precise amount of new ink, again under a very high vacuum.
